Here are 5 additional easy and quick ways of getting familiar with your “pre-screened service provider” before you hire them.

1. “Google” their name or company and see what pops up.
2. Check the for “validity of license” when needed with the city or town their business is “housed”.
3. Ask for “proof of insurance” whenever you feel that they are working something of value.
4. Ask them for additional references.
5. Trust your gut! If your gut says no, there is a very good chance that the answer is NO.
